This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which AdxVenture offers refunds for its advertising services. The policy is in accordance with the laws of India.

Eligible Circumstances for Refunds:

1. Non-Delivery of Services: If AdxVenture fails to deliver the agreed-upon advertising services as per the campaign brief.
2. Service Discontinuation: If AdxVenture discontinues services without proper justification before the campaign is completed.
3. Unsatisfactory Performance: If the performance of the campaign is significantly below mutually agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs).

Refund Requests:

1. Submission: Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days from the campaign’s completion date or the occurrence of the event warranting a refund.
2. Supporting Evidence: The refund request must include relevant evidence, such as campaign reports or analytics, to support the claim.
3. Review Process: AdxVenture will review refund requests in good faith and may seek additional clarification from the Advertiser.

Refund Process:

1. Refund Approval: If the refund is approved, AdxVenture will process the refund within 30 days of approval.
2. Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or the Advertiser’s designated bank account. Refunds will be made in Indian Rupees or the original transaction currency, subject to exchange rates.

Non-Eligible Circumstances for Refunds:

1. Change of Campaign Objectives: If the Advertiser changes the objectives or other campaign parameters after agreement.
2. Advertiser Non-Compliance: If the Advertiser fails to provide necessary materials or cooperation.
3. Force Majeure Events: AdxVenture is not responsible for refunds due to unforeseen events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or governmental restrictions.

Amendments to Refund Policy:

AdxVenture reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without notice. The updated policy will be posted on our website.

By engaging in advertising services with AdxVenture, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Refund Policy.
